In this 10-day, 40-hour crash course boutique workshop, actors learn to hit the ground running in a professional Motion Capture (MoCap) studio. Taking a deep dive under the direction of Hollywood pros JB Blanc (CALL OF DUTY, FORTNITE, MORTAL KOMBAT), Henry Layton (SAINTS ROW, PUNISHER), & America Young (BARBIE, BATGIRL, MONSTER HIGH), you’ll learn the essential techniques used for acting in video games and advanced CGI scenes for film and TV. Each student will suit up in cutting-edge optical motion capture gear, develop a digital character, and see it brought to life real-time inside virtual worlds powered by the industry-standard Unreal Engine. Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due in full no later than the start of the first shoot day. Failure to remit the balance by that time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows do not qualify for deposit refunds. Any prepaid amounts beyond the deposit may be credited or refunded at MoCap School Hollywood’s sole discretion. MoCap School Hollywood reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case any prepaid amounts beyond the deposit will be refunded or credited.
